• Integrate with the Store Manager to provide operational leadership at the assigned location.
• Use merchandising skills to enhance and maintain high levels of presentation throughout the area.
• Lead and mentor new and existing Hobby Lobby team members and work to ensure their success.

Starting salary range: $72,800 to $83,200 plus bonus annually.

• Previous retail management experience.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to make sound decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
