Responsibilities- Present project plans to hospital leadership and secure executive sponsorship.
- Coordinate end‑user training and ensure successful adoption of Epic software.
- Drive end‑to‑end project delivery, including scope, schedule, resource, and budget management.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as clinical, clinical data, and implementation specialists.
- Bachelor’s degree or greater in any major.
- Willingness to travel 25‑60% of working days; typical month includes 1‑2 trips lasting 2‑4 days.
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
- COVID‑19 vaccination.
- History of academic and professional success.
