• Present project plans to hospital leadership and secure executive sponsorship.
• Coordinate end‑user training and ensure successful adoption of Epic software.
• Drive end‑to‑end project delivery, including scope, schedule, resource, and budget management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as clinical, clinical data, and implementation specialists.

• Bachelor’s degree or greater in any major.
• Willingness to travel 25‑60% of working days; typical month includes 1‑2 trips lasting 2‑4 days.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID‑19 vaccination.
• History of academic and professional success.
