Pro Frac Services is seeking Equipment Operators to join their team in North Dakota. These professionals will operate advanced hydraulic fracturing equipment in the oil and gas sector, ensuring safe and efficient well service operations. The ideal candidates are reliable, safety-focused, and able to work in challenging environments while maintaining strong work ethics and teamwork.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
• Ability to complete and abide by all safety and operational training
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 100 pounds) and manual labor
• Ability to work irregular hours, including shift work and overtime
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight as required
• Ability to wear required PPE (safety shoes, glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats)
• Ability to work in all climate types and around moving machinery
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
