The ideal leader will leverage data and Lean principles to deliver consistent results in safety, quality, cost, and delivery while fostering an empowering team culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence:
Lead daily operations to produce up to 500M lbs annually of semolina, durum, and hard red spring wheat flour. Optimize KPIs including OEE, extraction rates, yields, and uptime.
  • Safety & Compliance:
Champion a proactive, people‑first safety culture. Ensure total compliance with OSHA, FDA, USDA, and organic standards.
  • Continuous Improvement:
Drive Lean initiatives and root‑cause analysis to reduce waste, improve asset performance, and lower conversion costs.
  • People Leadership:
Coach, develop, and inspire supervisors and hourly teams. Oversee hiring, training, performance management, and employee engagement.

  • Experience:

Minimum 5 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
  • Industry Focus:
Strong preference for food manufacturing, processing, milling, or packaging experience.
  • Skills:

Proven track record in Lean/Continuous Improvement, managing cross‑functional relationships, and driving safety/quality goals.
  • Physical:
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment (dust, noise, temperature extremes), lift up to 50 lbs, and travel periodically to other company sites.

We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
