HSE Advisor

Location: Williston, ND (Primary) | Vernal, UT & Longmont, CO (Additional Coverage)

Travel: Up to 50%, including overnight travel

What

You’ll Do
  • Be the go‑to safety leader for multiple field locations, ensuring compliance with Weatherford's OEPS Management System and all applicable regulations.
  • Lead audits, investigations, and emergency response planning with confidence and precision.
  • Drive proactive safety measures through inspections, risk assessments, and engaging safety meetings.
  • Monitor training programs, hazardous substance handling, and PPE compliance to keep teams prepared and protected.
  • Advise on best practices, corrective actions, and continuous improvement strategies that elevate safety performance.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field preferred.
  • 5‑7 years of recent HSE leadership experience in Oil & Gas (HSE Supervisor or Lead roles).
  • Recognized certifications such as CRSP, CSP, or CHSC are a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local HSE regulations, plus experience with 5S/Lean principles and USDOT compliance.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence safety culture across all levels.
