Cashier - Store

Brief Description

The Sales Associate serves as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering excellent service and accurately processing fuel and merchandise sales. The role ensures shelves are stocked, products are readily available, and store profitability is supported through efficient operation and adherence to company policies.

Shift: Afternoon shift, 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm. Shift timing may change based on store needs; flexibility is preferred.

• Provide top‑notch customer experiences every time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store.
• Prepare food and drinks while meeting health standards.
• Handle cash, funds, and products responsibly.
• Prepare shift‑change reports by closing and balancing the cash register at shift end.
• Check customers' IDs for restricted items and follow all regulations.
• Assist with tasks as needed to keep the store running smoothly.
• Handle a variety of customer interactions and adjust sales strategies to increase profitability.

• Previous experience in a convenience store, restaurant, or retail environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a customer‑focused culture.
• Physical ability to respond immediately to emergency situations.
• Ability to stand for long hours.
