Retail Merchandise Coordinator

Home Goods, a leader in the manufacturing and retail of quality home products, is hiring a Retail Full Time Merchandise Coordinator. In this role, you'll coordinate product flow from stockroom to sales floor, maintain visual standards, and support inventory accuracy. You will set up displays, signage, and pricing to drive sales and enhance the customer experience. Responsibilities

• Coordinate merchandise flow, presentation, and replenishment on the sales floor
• Execute company merchandising standards, signage, and pricing updates
• Support inventory control through tagging, stockroom organization, and cycle counts
• Collaborate with store and warehouse teams to meet merchandising timelines
• Assist with product placement to maximize sales and customer engagement
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of merchandising areas
• Provide basic customer assistance on product location and features
• Support setup of seasonal and promotional displays
• Report merchandising issues and suggest improvements to management
