Position Type:

- Learn the ins and outs of Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through in‑person meetings and research
- Conduct consistent daily cold‑calling and identify prospects
- Cultivate existing business using the full suite of products
- Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue and create effective marketing campaigns
- Leverage storytelling and data‑driven presentations to meet client expectations
- Self‑motivated go‑getter attitude
- Excellent relationship‑building, problem‑solving, and persuasive communication skills
- Goal‑oriented, expert negotiator, proactive
- Ability to plan and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
- Comfortable with cold‑calling and outreach for lead generation
- High School Diploma (College Degree preferred); valid driver’s license and auto insurance required
- Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms
- Strong problem‑solving skills that help grow business
- Digital/Media Sales experience a plus
- Experience managing complex, multi‑platform campaigns, analytics, audio advertising, or strong market connections is a nice‑to‑have
