Position Type:

Responsibilities
  • Learn the ins and outs of Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through in‑person meetings and research
  • Conduct consistent daily cold‑calling and identify prospects
  • Cultivate existing business using the full suite of products
  • Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue and create effective marketing campaigns
  • Leverage storytelling and data‑driven presentations to meet client expectations
Qualifications
  • Self‑motivated go‑getter attitude
  • Excellent relationship‑building, problem‑solving, and persuasive communication skills
  • Goal‑oriented, expert negotiator, proactive
  • Ability to plan and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
  • Comfortable with cold‑calling and outreach for lead generation
  • High School Diploma (College Degree preferred); valid driver’s license and auto insurance required
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms
  • Strong problem‑solving skills that help grow business
  • Digital/Media Sales experience a plus
  • Experience managing complex, multi‑platform campaigns, analytics, audio advertising, or strong market connections is a nice‑to‑have
