The OpportunityApply business development and salesexpertiseand knowledge of cybersecurity tosell and support the implementation of security solutions for leading software and high-tech companies. Own and drive the sales process throughout the sales lifecycle, engaging key stakeholders from capability and market teams.
Identify,establish, andmaintainclient relationships and manage Enterprise accounts while closing new sales opportunities. Workwith the Software and High-Tech market teamto develop, manage, andmaintainthe market’s pipeline.
Work on complex problems and provide leadership to cross functional teams, contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas, and provide creative solutions to solve our clients’ core needs. Support marketing, intellectual capital development, operations,and events. Work with the team on integrated account tasks,including solutions thatcompriseproducts and services.
Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
10+ years of experience working in cybersecurity, including security strategy and advanced cyber defense
5+ years of experience with direct sales or delivery in the US based software and high-tech space, including tech manufacturing, semiconductors, telecommunications, hyper‑scaled, and SaaS
5+ years of experience in professional sales at large global enterprises, selling services, and managing Enterprise client accounts with growth and expansion
Experience with presenting and communicating to teams and C‑suite executives and clients, including briefings, managing and preparing for sales calls, and team‑based discussions
Ability to own and drive the sales process from lead generation through deal closure and provide longer‑term account management to strategic client accounts
Ability to thrive in a team‑based and fast‑paced environment and coordinate with key stakeholders across technical capabilities and market and industry teams
Ability to lead fast‑paced delivery in challenging commercial environments, work with senior leaders to foster positive client relationships, and identify new business opportunities with existing clients
Ability to synthesize technical content and distill into key messages that will resonate with senior business leaders
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, as needed
Bachelor’s degree
Experience with strategy design, capability building, and organizational design and change
Experience briefing senior executives and coaching and mentoring junior staff on functional expertise
Experience with information security regulations or regulatory bodies
Experience using Microsoft 365 and Salesforce
Experience adopting AI tools and resources responsibly to accelerate productivity
Knowledge of various risk management and security frameworks
Ability to effectively negotiate with internal and external stakeholders, influence outcomes, manage competing priorities, and reach mutually beneficial agreements
Possession of excellent analytical, problem‑solving, decision‑making, planning, organizational, and client facilitation skills
Possession of excellent interpersonal skills, including comprehension, conflict resolution, teamwork, and relationship‑building, and client‑ready verbal and written communication skills
Master’s degree
