Seeking 12 temporary/full‑time positions.
Job Duties- Perform physical labor on construction sites related to roofing tasks such as demolition of existing roofing materials.
- Load roof with shingles, tar, tar paper, hot mops and other roofing materials.
- Operate hand and power tools: air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, and other instruments.
- Clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, and clean up rubble, debris and waste materials.
- Assist other craft workers.
Dates of need: 2026‑04‑01 to 2026‑12‑31.
Regular hours guaranteed per week: 40. Mon‑Fri, possible Sat, 08:00‑05:00.
Starting wage: $26.57‑$30.00 per hour. OT on job training available.
Overtime starting from $39.86‑$45.00 per hour.
Wages computed on a single workweek and paid bi‑weekly.
Possibility of raises, bonuses, or incentives based on tenure, experience, or performance.
RequirementsNo education or experience required.
Other BenefitsOTJ training available.
Workers will receive payment for inbound transportation, daily subsistence, and hotel costs during the first workweek.
Upon completion or early dismissal, employer will pay reasonable return transportation costs.
Daily meal subsistence paid at $16.28 per day with receipt, maximum $68.00.
