Position: Service Technician (Mechanic)

A Day in the Life of a Service Technician

In this role, you diagnose and repair a diverse range of systems—including electrical, hydraulic, gas, and diesel engines—to ensure optimal performance. You maintain organized work spaces both indoors and outdoors, keep service trucks clean and functional, and communicate effectively with customers, the Service Supervisor, and the parts department to provide timely updates and ensure parts procurement. You uphold company safety standards while efficiently completing assigned tasks and maintain accurate records on parts ordered and repair hours.

Qualifications
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Mechanical experience, including work with DC voltage controls, hydraulics, and gas and diesel engines
  • The willingness to work indoors and outdoors in all seasons
Physical Requirements
  • Lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Stand and walk for the duration of your shift
  • Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
