Maintenance Technician

Location:

Minot, North Dakota

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM day shift. On-call 1 week every 4 weeks. Full Time – Year Round work.

• Base compensation $21–$23/hr

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• 1+ year experience in apartment maintenance
• EPA and/or HVAC certification preferred
• Physical ability to service condensing units on roofs
• Experience with drywall, painting, carpentry
• Knowledge of plumbing, copper pipe sweating
• Knowledge of electrical—outlets, switches, fixtures
• Ability to repair/diagnose appliances (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal)
• Water heater knowledge (electric and gas)

• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
• Make ready / turn units between tenants
• Paint and stain interior and exterior as required
• Perform exterior structural maintenance
• Participate in on‑call (1 week every 2 weeks)
• Snow removal during winter season when needed

The role requires pre‑employment screenings, including a criminal background check and a drug screening. A physical demonstration of basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
