Flare Construction, LLC, a Quanta Services Company, is seeking Heavy Equipment Operators for their Minot, North Dakota operations. These professionals will operate a variety of construction equipment on site work, pipeline, and excavation projects. • Strong understanding of safe equipment operation and hazard recognition
• Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions
• Excellent mechanical aptitude and situational awareness

• Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused attitude
• For Operator I:
  Entry level with some previous construction experience
• For Operator II:
  Minimum 2,000 hours of operating experience
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred for Levels I and II
• Vocational training preferred for Level III
• OSHA 10 and CDL preferred for Level III
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and push/pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to operate in all weather conditions and varied terrains
• Manual dexterity and coordination to handle controls and tools
• Physical strength, balance, and stamina
• PPE (hard hat, gloves, safety glasses, high-visibility vest, and steel-toed boots) must be worn at all times
