Journeyman Electrician

Design Solutions and Integration (DSI) is an employee‑owned company that provides automation, electrical, and mechanical services to major upstream partners such as Diamondback Energy, Exxon Mobil, Conoco Phillips, and Chevron. We support oil‑field operations with reliable, safety‑driven solutions and operate in the Bakken Basin.

We are looking for a self‑motivated, assertive, dependable Journeyman Electrician to work on VFD installations and other electrical equipment in Stanley, North Dakota.

• Configure and wire AC/DC controllers and VFDs.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Bend, pull, and fill conduit to code specifications.
• Install and test electrical equipment onsite.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• North Dakota Journeyman Electrician license required (reciprocal license accepted from Alaska, Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Maine, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, South Dakota, Utah, or Wyoming).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality; team oriented.

Base salary plus overtime and per diem, with an average total compensation near $200,000. Daily per diem is $115, with an option for company housing.

10 hours a day, 6 days a week (possible shift to 12 hours a day, 7 days a week if workloads demand).
