Join a company that values safety, teamwork, and skill. As a Crane Rigger, you’ll play a critical role in safely lifting and moving heavy equipment and materials in the oil field, manufacturing plants, and on construction projects.

• Assemble and set up rigging using cables, ropes, pulleys, winches, blocks, and sheaves.
• Secure loads with hooks, chains, slings, or other devices for safe lifting.
• Guide crane operators with hand signals or radio during lifts and placement.
• Inspect rigging for safety and reliability, ensuring all tags are current.
• Dismantle, account for, and properly store rigging equipment after jobs.
• Maintain equipment and vehicles, performing basic maintenance and repairs.
• Uphold company safety standards at all times.

• Able to lift, push, or pull up to 80 lbs.
• Strong stamina and endurance to work physically over long periods.
• Ability to maintain balance and stability in challenging conditions.
• Manual dexterity for quick, precise hand movements.

• Knowledge of proper hook, chain, and cable attachment points.
• Good communication — able to give and take clear instructions.
• Team player with strong problem-solving skills.
• Safety-first mindset with attention to detail.
