Monarch Investment and Management Group in Minot, ND is seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Commons & Landing will perform general maintenance tasks across the apartment community, with a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule and on-call rotation.
The pay range is $22–$24/hr (DOE) with on-call pay and quarterly bonuses. We offer Blue Cross health coverage under $50/month, housing discounts, paid training, tuition reimbursement, PTO, and annual raises.
