As a teller, each day you will focus on greeting and welcoming members to the credit union in a courteous, professional and timely manner, providing prompt, accurate, and efficient member transactions. You will establish member relationships by understanding their evolving needs and providing solutions for the right products and services through quality conversations. As a teller, you will perform member requests including all teller related transactions, vault related transactions, and member service transactions.

This position proactively presents, explains, and sells Credit Union services and products to members and assists in meeting their financial needs. They assist members in establishing a full-service account with the Credit Union and acts as a support to the New Account Specialist team by welcoming new members to the Credit Union and assisting with the setup of electronic services.

To be successful in this role, you will learn programs for day-to-day transactions-utilizing policies and procedures, present a positive attitude and be a good team player.
