* ** General Purpose and Scope of Position:
** Wilbur-Ellis is seeking an experienced career-minded
** Seasonal Commercial Driver
** to be part of a close, efficient team that delivers goods and services to a diverse customer base using a company delivery truck. This position may also be expected to stock and retrieve packages and bulk containers, drive a forklift and assist with other warehouse duties including general housekeeping. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who enjoys working with a diverse customer base in a fast-paced setting.
A Sample of What You'll Do in this Role:

* Operate material handling equipment including forklift, order picker, pallet jack, and other equipment.

* Operate a manual pallet jack with pallets weighing up to 3200 lbs .

* Ensure all shipments include proper shipping documents.

* Perform vehicle safety inspections.

* Maintain mileage and fuel logs on all vehicles.

* Ensure no product leaves or enters the warehouse without the necessary paperwork.

* Meet and complete all regulatory and safety requirements.

* Assist with maintaining warehouse cleanliness.
What You Bring to the Role:

* 2 + years of commercial driving experience    
* Class A (no endorsements) or B (with endorsements) v alid driver's license and a clean driving record    
* Ability to repetitively bend and lift boxes and bags up to 50 lbs.

* Endorsements for Doubles, Haz-Mat, and Tankers, or willingness to obtain    
* Forklift experience, will be certified on the job    
* Able to work overtime hours during busy seasons    
* High School Diploma or equivalent    What Makes You a Great Fit:

* The base compensation for this position ranges from $21.88 to $29.19 per hour. Please note that wages may vary depending on skills and experience.
