** Summary
* * CHS Sun Prairie is hiring for an Operations Specialist/Truck Driver in Minot, ND. This role is a hybrid position where you will be driver and an operations specialist depending on the season and business needs. Great opportunity with a variety of work in your day to day!

As a CHS driver you will spend your days making life easier for your customers - farmers, ranchers, local feed & seed stores, community gas stations and refineries. Through moving products from sellers to buyers, transporting supplies from production facilities to customers, and creating long lasting bonds with our customers and co-ops; CHS drivers keep rural America in business from before spring planting starts to well after fall harvest ends.

As an Operations Specialist within CHS Grain you will;
Load and unload grain and feed products. Work with your hands by performing scheduled maintenance and repairs. Acquire knowledge on how to monitor and maintain grain qualify, mix/load fertilizer/chemical products and assist in loading trains. Obtain certifications to operate equipment including the opportunity to obtain your CDL.Take this opportunity to work with one of the largest coops in the U.S,

** Responsibilities
* ** Carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently.
* Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading.
* Load and unload agricultural inputs using machinery or equipment.
* Conduct and record repairs and maintenance tasks.
* Monitor and maintain inventory quality.
* Deliver products safely and professionally.
* Ensure compliance with all regulations including hours of service.
* Maintain clean and safe work areas.
* Perform grounds and warehouse maintenance.
* Report safety or customer issues promptly.
* Maintain strong safety culture.
* Perform other assigned duties
** Minimum Qualifications (required)
*** 1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Trucking Operations
* Must meet minimum age requirement
* Ability to read, write and communicate in English
** Additional Qualifications
*** High School diploma or GED preferred
* Maintain or be able to obtain a CDL and DOT medical card
* Ability to work additional hours and occasional weekends
* Hazmat, Tanker, and Air Brake endorsements preferred
* Valid Class A CDL preferred
* Agriculture background preferred
* Customer service experience preferred
* Bulk liquid, Pressure trailer, or Forklift experience preferred
** Physical Requirements
*** Ability to lift 75 lbs
* Ability to climb rail cars, ladders, stairs and bins, and into back of trailer
* Ability to work in dust and adverse weather conditions and temperaturesCHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications, minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.
