Flow Back Operator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $24.00 to $30.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- Various shifts available
- Monitor and operate flowback equipment during well completion operations.
- Record pressures, rates, temperatures, and other operational data. Install, inspect, and maintain flowback equipment and piping.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and communicate with field supervisors.
- Follow all customer, company, and regulatory safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
Flow Back Operator
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous flowback or well testing experience preferred.
- Oilfield experience required.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work a rotating schedule 21 on 9 off
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
