Operate heavy-duty WM trucks safely in accordance with safety rules and DOT requirements;
Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and document checks (DVIR);
Report unsafe situations or service-related issues to Operations Manager or Dispatch;
Attend training programs and meetings as required by WM or Route Manager;
Follow route assignments and complete end-of-day documentation and checkout process
