  • Update Patriot Excalibur (PEX) and locally developed database systems, and publish ground, academic, flying and simulator schedules.
  • Track leave, TDY, medical appointments and other commitments, and deconflict crews against assigned sortie taskings.
  • Obtain aircraft and equipment availability from maintenance and schedule crews accordingly.
  • Schedule aircrews based on experience to mitigate Operational Risk Management.
  • Work short-notice changes with the current mission commander or operations supervisor when a shift is not fully manned.
  • Attend Special Use Airspace, Airspace Restrictions and Range Scheduling meetings for coordination and deconfliction.
  • Produce the Flying Effectiveness Report, Flying Hour Program Report and Ready Aircrew Program inputs.

QUALIFICATIONS
