Salary: $4,370/month

• Data Entry:
  Purchase orders, vouchers, purchase card, vehicle and equipment usage reports.
• Procurement of goods and services: vehicle and equipment repair parts, miscellaneous purchases, building and janitorial supplies, shop, section, construction and sign shop supplies; contact vendors, pay district bills.
• Inventory Control:
  Assist Maintenance Coordinator with annual inventory; perform cycle counts and correct discrepancies; perform disposal and adjustments; maintain parts & supplies; checks and balances for field inventories.
• Daily Motor Pool:
  Dispatch vehicles; monitor assignments and coordinate redistribution; input vehicle usage.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Four years of storeroom, procurement/purchasing or warehouse related experience.
• Valid Class D operator’s license.
• Physical mobility compatible with warehouse setting.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
• Successful completion of interview, reference check, job function screening, and criminal history record check.
