Payroll Specialist

In-Flight Crew Connections (IFCC) is looking for an experienced Payroll & Accounting Specialist to join our Finance team!

This is an important role for someone who enjoys taking ownership
, has exceptional attention to detail
, and understands that when it comes to payroll and accounting, accuracy and follow-through matter. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t simply process information—they notice discrepancies, ask questions, solve problems, and see things through to completion.

• Own key payroll processing activities and ensure accurate, timely payroll
• Perform payroll audits, reconciliations, and variance reviews
• Help support and optimize our UKG payroll and timekeeping processes
• Partner closely with HR and Finance on employee changes, benefits, deductions, taxes, and payroll-related activity
• Support accounting functions including AP, AR, billing, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Maintain strong processes, documentation, controls, and cross-training resources
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and efficiency

• 3–5+ years of hands‑on payroll processing experience
• Multi‑state payroll experience strongly preferred
• UKG or comparable payroll/HRIS experience
• Working knowledge of accounting processes
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail
• Strong accountability, initiative, and follow-through
• Someone who is comfortable asking, “Does this make sense?” rather than simply assuming the system is right
