Harvest Events is seeking motivated individuals to join our growing team in the Charlotte, NC area as a Entry Level Assistant Manager

This entry-level leadership development opportunity is designed for individuals who want to build a long-term career in event marketing, community engagement, fundraising, and team leadership. Through hands-on training and mentorship, you'll gain experience representing charitable organizations at retail events and community outreach campaigns while developing the skills needed for future leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with community members at retail locations and promotional events
• Represent charitable organizations and educate the public about campaign initiatives
• Assist with supporter acquisition and fundraising efforts
• Deliver exceptional customer and donor experiences through professional interactions
• Learn leadership and team development skills through mentorship and hands-on training
• Stay informed on campaign goals, nonprofit missions, and community outreach initiatives
• Collaborate with team members to achieve event and fundraising objectives
• Support event setup, execution, and daily operations as needed
