Greet clients as they enter the branch and create a welcoming environment;
Manage lobby flow using a tablet to check clients into the waiting queue and schedule or cancel meetings;
Open new accounts and provide account servicing while following policies and regulatory requirements;
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools such as Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs;
Build meaningful client relationships through active listening and collaboration with branch team members
