Put your career into high gear with Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices! We're looking for full-time Automotive Assistant Managers and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at one of our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in Charlotte, NC.

As the future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Using fundamental leadership skills, Assistant Managers enforce established policies, procedures and standards, schedule mechanics/technicians’ work, manage outside orders, ensure the quality and timely completion of jobs, meet customer expectations and safeguard the safety of team members.

The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections, recommends necessary under‑car repair services, and ensures complete customer satisfaction by delivering timely completion of high‑quality vehicle repair and maintenance. Service Managers direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians, stage vehicle repair/maintenance work, drive sales initiatives of Mavis, communicate directly with customers, assess customer needs, provide information regarding requested or necessary automotive repairs and maintenance, ensure customers are satisfied with their in‑store experience and strive to meet customer expectations.

Must be at least 18 years of age, legally authorized to work in the United States, and possess at least 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or a combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
