Marketing, Sales, and Event Coordinator

Harvest Events is seeking a motivated and people-focused Charity Event & Community Outreach Coordinator to join our growing team in the Charlotte, NC area.

In this role, you ll represent charitable organizations and community impact campaigns at retail locations, promotional events, and outreach initiatives. You ll engage directly with the public, raise awareness for important causes, and help connect supporters with opportunities to make a difference.

Our success is built on a strong promote-from-within culture. Many of our leaders started in entry-level positions and advanced through hands-on training and mentorship. This opportunity is designed to help individuals develop valuable skills in event marketing, community engagement, leadership, and nonprofit fundraising.

Responsibilities:

• Represent charitable organizations at retail locations, community events, and promotional campaigns
• Educate the public about nonprofit missions, programs, and fundraising initiatives
• Build positive relationships with supporters and community members
• Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve campaign goals
• Maintain a professional and enthusiastic presence while representing charitable causes
• Track supporter interactions and campaign activity accurately
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
