We're hiring a Pre-Treatment Termite Pest Professional to perform Termite control services for our commercial and residential builders on newly built homes. These services include interior and exterior treatments of crawl space, slab, basement structures and termite bait station installation, etc. The successful professional for this role has the desire to work outdoors, has proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers, and brings a positive attitude to work each day.

• Maintains the overall health and appearance of the customer's property by reducing the pest populations
• Provides professional, prompt, and courteous customer service
• Applies pesticides to the interior and exterior of homes according to schedule, safety procedures, and label instructions
• Drives a company vehicle safely to customer's homes and businesses
• Maintains vehicle and equipment through cleanliness, safety, and general maintenance
• Performs daily truck inspections
• Completes required paperwork along with proper communication
• Maintains company phone and any equipment associated with it
• Assists in maintaining cleanliness of facility
• Represents Killingsworth with honesty and integrity
• Maintains a professional appearance
• Demonstrates the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Performs other related duties as required

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including excellent interpersonal skills
• Solid problem-solving skills and proven time management
• Able and willing to work in various weather conditions
• Ability to operate application equipment safely & effectively
• Technical proficiency with computers, smart phones, etc.
• You must hold and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

• High school diploma or GED required
• No experience necessary
• NC registered technician training is a plus but not required to be considered

• Ability to safely operate equipment
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times throughout the workday
• Ability to tolerate a variety of environmental conditions, including but not limited to seasonal weather (extreme heat or cold)
• Must be able to perform treatments in crawl spaces
