Bilingual Sales Administrative Assistant

Location: Miramar, FL

Salary Range: $20.00 - $23.00

About the Role:

The Sales Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team to achieve their targets and enhance overall productivity. This position involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring that all sales-related documentation is organized and accessible. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between the sales executives and clients, facilitating communication and fostering strong relationships. By streamlining administrative tasks, the Sales Executive Assistant enables the sales team to focus on strategic initiatives and client engagement.

Ultimately, this role contributes significantly to the success of the sales department and the organization as a whole.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish
  • Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a sales environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual English and Spanish
  • Familiarity with sales processes and terminology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

· Manage the calendars of sales executives, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.

· Prepare and organize sales presentations, reports, and other documentation as needed.

· Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

· Coordinate communication between sales executives and clients, addressing inquiries and providing support.

· Track sales metrics and assist in the analysis of sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
