Ensure club pickup orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed; informing members when products are unavailable; offering alternatives;
Assist members with purchasing decisions and processing payments at cash registers; locating and organizing merchandise; preparing carts/flatbeds; assisting with loading items into customers' vehicles;
Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe conditions to management;
Provide member service by greeting members and addressing needs; answer questions and promote products and services;
Maintain parking lot cleanliness and ensure carts/flatbeds are available and organized.
