As a Dental Receptionist with American Pediatric Dental group
, you’ll be the first impression for our patients and families. You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, organized, and positive experience for every child and parent who walks through our doors.

• Dental front desk or medical office experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Professional communication (phone, in-person, written).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
• Comfortable with scheduling, insurance, and patient flow.
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset.

• Patient check-in/check-out.
• Scheduling appointments.
• Insurance verification and coordination.
• Managing phone calls and patient communication.
• Front desk operations and organization.
• Supporting clinical team workflow.

• Mon. and Thurs., 9:30am-7pm.
• Tues.
  
  -Wed.
  
  -Fri. (8:30am-5:30pm).
• Sat. (8:15am-2pm) 2 Saturdays a month.
