Review/validate basic prescription drug refill requests and process according to OCH policies and procedures;
Assist with preparing and dispensing medications & supplies;
Assist with maintaining equipment through calibration, inspection, cleaning, testing;
Collect & maintain basic patient information to ensure accurate planning of needed materials;
Answer basic patient questions and respond to basic patient requests
