Position Night Auditor
DescriptionWe looking for a motivated team member who has a passion for service and a desire to provide legendary service. The Night Auditor position verifies and balances entries and records of financial transactions reported by various hotel departments during the day.
Duties- Ensure all aspects of hotel accounting for all areas of hotel operations are processed correctly and accurately recorded, protecting the Resort against liability and fraud.
- Audit, balance, post and produce reports for all revenue making departments.
- Identify the causes of out-of-balance situations in a timely manner and rectify them.
- Be able to interact with guests': check-in, check-out, solve issues/complaints.
- Answer guests' questions regarding hotel services and amenities.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
- Prior cash handling experience necessary.
- High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent is required.
- An Accounting background is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with the Guests and Team Members.
- Read, write and speak English fluently.
- Strong computer and telephone skills.
