Maintenance Technician

Position Summary:
Lakewood Ranch Golf & Country Club is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to help maintain the club’s buildings, facilities, and grounds. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with maintenance tasks and a strong work ethic, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment for members and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily maintenance and repairs on club facilities including minor plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from management, staff, and members.

• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team when needed to ensure the club remains in top condition.

• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order and ensure proper safety procedures are followed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in general maintenance or a related field.

• Proficient in basic plumbing, electrical, and facility troubleshooting and repair.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, member-focused environment.

• Friendly, professional demeanor and the ability to communicate effectively with staff and club members.
