Production Coordinator – Pharmaceutical Industry

Location: Miramar, FL

Pay: $22.00/hour

Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Production Coordinator with experience in pharmaceutical or food manufacturing to join our team in Miramar, FL. The ideal candidate will coordinate daily production activities, ensure compliance with FDA and GMP regulations, and support overall production efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor production schedules and workflows

• Ensure production goals are met while maintaining product quality standards

• Communicate effectively with supervisors, operators, and quality assurance teams

• Maintain accurate production records and reports

• Assist in investigating and resolving production issues or deviations

• Support audits and ensure ongoing compliance with FDA and GMP standards

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or food manufacturing

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required

• Strong knowledge of FDA, GMP, and safety regulations

• High School Diploma or GED – required

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
