Provide a visible presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor to deter theft.;
Mitigate theft and fraud and maintain a safe environment for associates and customers.;
Walk the sales floor to identify and address potential theft indicators as directed by Store Leadership.;
Collaborate with Store Leadership and Loss Prevention to ensure compliance with directives and minimize shortages.;
Train and educate associates on shortage reduction initiatives and safety procedures.
