Bilingual Sales Account Manager

Location: Miramar, FL

Salary: $75,000 per year

About the Role

We are seeking a Bilingual Sales Account Manager to join our team in Miramar, FL. This bilingual (English/Spanish) professional will play a key role in growing and maintaining client relationships, promoting our manufacturing services, and supporting customers through every step of the sales cycle from lead generation to post-sale support.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and has a consultative approach to sales, with a strong focus on client success and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

  • Promote and sell manufacturing services for our branded products and private formulations

  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions through consultative selling

  • Prepare and send product quotations, presentations, and sample packages

  • Provide product information including benefits, packaging, logistics, registration, and lead times

  • Coordinate with internal departments (Manufacturing, Regulatory, Accounting, R&D, etc.) to ensure client satisfaction and project success

  • Monitor order processing, invoicing, shipping, and export documentation

  • Support registration processes and documentation for product approvals

  • Maintain up-to-date customer records including quotes, prices, and packaging details

  • Collaborate with accounting on collections and payment follow-ups

  • Generate and present monthly sales reports, pipeline updates, and customer feedback

  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to generate leads and strengthen client relationships

  • Contribute to team efforts and support colleagues in a collaborative environment

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or Associate’s degree required;
    Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish – required

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Tech-savvy:
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM tools

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally

  • Willingness to travel occasionally, as needed

  • Strong motivation for sales and meeting/exceeding goals
