Participate in certified training through the Service Technical Academy to build HVAC skills;
Perform on HVAC mechanical equipment and controls on client sites under supervision;
Keep customers, contractors, and Johnson Controls informed of job progress and issues;
Meet attendance requirements for required Union training during the first year;
Provide recommendations and quotes to improve facility efficiency and potential upsell opportunities
