Prep Cook - Morning Shift
Location: City of Miramichi
Dexterra Group is seeking a Prep Cook to prepare and cook all main meals to our high standards. You will handle meats, seafood, soups, poultry, vegetables and more, using methods from grilling to sautéing to deliver top-quality dishes.
Ensure FOODSAFE labeling and storage compliance, support menu planning and inventory, and keep the kitchen area clean and safe. The role requires at least 2 years in hospitality/food service, Food Safe Level I, basic MS Office and WHMIS proficiency.
