As part of Ops Guru's Technology Business Unit, you'll bridge Engineering and Sales while managing sales operations critical for driving performance. You'll create repeatable processes, ensuring sales teams adhere to best practices and enhance overall efficiency. Your expertise will be essential in developing tools and frameworks that enhance opportunity management and reporting, influencing pipeline quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own weekly pipeline reporting and analysis sessions
• Facilitate sales enablement through CRM training
• Define ROI metrics for marketing campaigns
• Create opportunity management frameworks for sales teams
• Conduct win/loss analysis for continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Experience in sales operations or revenue operations
• Deep understanding of AWS or Microsoft partner programs
• Strong CRM administration skills (Hubspot/Salesforce)
• Ability to build effective reports and dashboards
• Experience in process improvement and automation
