As a Lead Water Damage Technician, you'll report to the Emergency Manager while focusing on the effective execution of cleaning, repairing, and restoration tasks. Your leadership and training will be essential in ensuring that the technicians meet service standards. Candidates with 2-4 years of experience and the right certifications will thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage emergency extraction and restorative cleaning tasks

• Train technicians and supervise on-site service delivery

• Communicate with clients regarding their service needs

• Carry out basic maintenance on equipment and vehicles

• Ensure completion and accuracy of work orders

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalency

• 2-4 years of industry experience

• Required IICRC certifications (WRT, FSRT)

• Good computer skills, particularly with MS applications

• Adequate mathematical abilities for reports
