Accounts Receivable Specialist About the Company and Opportunity
- CFS is working with a legacy company to identify an Accounts Receivable Specialist!
- The Accounts Receivable Specialist will work alongside three other staff members in the accounting department.
- They offer a competitive benefits package!
- Process and enter payments, apply cash payments
- Friendly follow-up calls to customers to follow up on accounts.
- Respond to customer account inquiries, reconcile discrepancies
- Assist with the month-end process – reconciliations, journal entries.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equal work experience
- Prior experience in Accounts Receivable will be highly valued
- Advanced Excel skills – including filters
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
Salary: $47,840 – $58,240
