Position: Senior Accountant
Location: Mishawaka, IN (100% onsite)

• Oversee general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and month-end close responsibilities.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Develop and support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with month-end close, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and general ledger accounting.
• Strong ERP and advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

$78,520.60 to $82,475.20 annually. Role is 100% onsite.
