The Gurley Leep Automotive Family is looking for an enthusiastic full-time Warranty Administrator to join our Corporate Office in Mishawaka, IN. Behind every successful repair is someone making sure the warranty process runs smoothly—and that's where you come in!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Process manufacturer warranty claims accurately and on time
• Review repair orders for completeness and compliance
• Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and manufacturers
• Track, reconcile, and follow up on outstanding claims
• Keep organized records and stay current on warranty policies
• Help maximize warranty reimbursement while maintaining compliance

• Have strong computer and communication skills
• Automotive dealership warranty experience is a plus—but we'll also consider candidates with strong administrative experience and a willingness to learn!
