Executive Recruiter – Mishawaka, IN

CFS is looking for a full-desk Executive Recruiter to join our Mishawaka team—a role where you’ll build relationships, grow business, and guide top accounting and finance professionals through life-changing career moves.

What

You’ll Be Doing

Rather than living in one lane, you’ll jump between several:

  • Building relationships - You’ll get to know hiring managers across the Michiana region and learn what they truly need on their teams.
  • Growing business - Prospecting, pitching, presenting solutions—and turning new contacts into long-term clients.
  • Recruiting talent - Identifying strong accounting & finance professionals, interviewing them, and matching them with roles that fit their skills and goals.
  • Managing the process - Coordinating interviews, advising both sides, negotiating offers, and ensuring smooth, successful placements.

You’ll collaborate closely with your local team, but you’ll run your desk like your own business.

Who Thrives In This Role

You might come from public accounting, sales, staffing, or another business background. What matters most:

  • 2+ years of sales, staffing, recruiting, or 1–4 years of public accounting
  • Strong communication across all levels
  • Comfortable picking up the phone (and actually enjoying conversations!)
