Account Services Manager – Deal Desk Analyst

• Manage and execute quoting workflows within Salesforce CPQ & Net Suite
• Own the account transfer process end-to-end
• Process account consolidations, working across Sales and Billing teams
• Handle Billing exceptions and research discrepancies
• Triaging unassigned sales focused emails and/or phone calls
• Serve as a trusted connector between Sales, Billing and Operations
• Identify process inefficiencies and elevate suggestions for improvement

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Proficiency with standard business software (email, spreadsheet, CRM tools)
• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset
• Prior experience with Salesforce CRM, Hubspot, Totango and/or Net Suite (even in a personal, academic or internship context)
• Familiarity with SaaS business models, subscription billing, or B2B sales processes

Demonstrates expertise in managing quoting workflows and account processes within Salesforce CPQ and Net Suite, while effectively collaborating with Sales, Billing, and Operations teams to enhance efficiency and resolve discrepancies.
