• Answer incoming calls and provide outstanding customer service
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
• Complete and submit prior authorizations for DME orders
• Assist patients with insurance‑related questions
• Process and fill patient equipment orders accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate with delivery and service teams
• Maintain organized and detailed customer records
• Participate in on‑call rotation 1–2 weeks each month

• Customer service experience required (DME or healthcare preferred)
• Insurance experience required, including eligibility verification and prior authorization knowledge
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
