Digi International is seeking a Customer Success Manager I to drive adoption and renewals in a hybrid role based in Mishawaka, IN. You will partner with Sales, Product, and Client Partners to deliver measurable value and protect revenue across the Digi/Jolt platform.
As the primary post-sale partner, you will guide Level 4 customers through onboarding, value delivery, and advocacy while collaborating across teams to optimize the customer environment and surface expansion opportunities.
