This facility is seeking a Neurology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

  24 hours call
• Practice Setting:
  Inpatient Setting
• Type of Cases: 100% adult cases, 8 to 10 patients per day
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 to 60 days
• Electronic Medical Record [EMR]:
  Epic
• Certification Requirement:
  Board Certified
• Indiana State Medical License
